At Whole Human Wellness, our mission is rooted in empathy, connection, and collaboration—and that’s exactly what I bring to my work every day. As a passionate and dedicated therapist, I strive to deeply understand each individual and family I work with, helping to uncover patterns, foster insight, and support lasting, meaningful growth.

My experience spans community mental health, residential treatment, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization and private practice, giving me a broad foundation to support clients through a wide range of challenges. I work with teens, adults, and families, and specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, eating disorders, attachment issues, family conflict, treatment aftercare coordination, school refusal, and parent coaching. I’m EMDR-trained and earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California.

I take a person-centered approach grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep respect for family systems. Whether I’m providing individual therapy, guiding families through conflict, or offering support as a clinical supervisor, my goal is to create a space that feels collaborative, compassionate, and effective.

In addition to my clinical work, I lead all outreach efforts and community partnerships at Whole Human Wellness. I’m especially passionate about mental health education and advocacy, and I love connecting with students, schools, and organizations through public speaking and training opportunities.

Whole Human Wellness was born out of my vision to build a team that can support the whole person—and the whole family. I’m honored to do this work alongside such incredible clinicians, and I’m so proud of the wraparound care we’re able to offer.

We can’t wait to meet you and walk alongside you on your journey.

My favorite part of the therapeutic process is…

My favorite part is being able to walk with my clients through their journey and illuminate all of their growth. I love getting to really know clients deeply and understanding their inner and outer world and assisting them in gaining the confidence and skills to create and maintain the life they want!

Clients describe me as…

Warm, Direct, Compassionate, Curious, Supportive and Empowering

Favorite way to spend a day off…

Coffee with a friend, a walk by the beach, cuddles/playtime with my dogs and a relaxing dinner with my family

To me, "healing" and “success in therapy” means...

Feeling like you know yourself more. Recognizing patterns in your life that serve you and patterns in your life that don't. Being kind to yourself and your experiences. Giving yourself and others grace and compassion. Advocating for your needs. Finding your safe people and holding them close. Feeling like even though life can be challenging, there are always moments of lightness and joy that can be found and treasured. Validating all of your experiences, even if others’ don’t.

I continue to grow as a therapist by…

Being in my own therapy, attending trainings, reading a lot, consulting with other professionals and asking my clients for feedback!

If I was not a therapist I would…

Open up an animal sanctuary and spend time rescuing and rehabilitating animals!!

My home already feels like a bit of an animal sanctuary, as I have a Bearded Dragon, 2 Pitties and recently added a Chihuahua and a Terrier who I rescued and rehabilitated!

Meet the Pack: (they often will pop up and say hello in virtual sessions!)
