I offer individualized educational support services for clients and families!
Nikki Wendel
Educational and Treatment Consultant
M.Ed & M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
With a background in Education and Clinical work, I understand how complex and, at times, daunting, navigating the education and treatment process can be while working on self and family recovery. My specialty is helping students and families advocate for educational and clinical needs while offering creative learning opportunities and clinical resources and implementing individualized student interventions. My goal is to implement a strengths-based approach when offering families interventions, resources, and recommendations to ensure that clients are set up for long-term success. Learning disabilities, mental health struggles, trauma, and other barriers often leave students and families feeling lost in their academic and clinical path forward. There is no one-size-fits-all, and every student's path looks different! I aim to consult with families and clinicians to provide support, creativity, and guidance on a positive, hopeful, and strengths-based path to re-integrate motivation and a passion for learning back into teen and young adult's lives.
